Never received SK tickets

Hi,

I did a purchase of 5 tickets of 'Leisure: Catch your Favourite Flicks with a Movie Ticket to Ster-Kinekor" (request #47785)' . And i didn't receive it for tow weeks and then i phoned them and the customer care person said that there are some technical issue on there link. They will prove me with a new link. But after that the converted my money to groupon money. And they say that they cant provide me with the tickets and I must go and purchase something else with that credit. I want them to credit my money to my bank account. Or else i will surly camplain police about this as this was unfair.
