On Friday, my partner and I decided to watch a movie at Ster Kinekor Cape Gate. Upon arrival we qeued in the line to purchase our tickets. The line was already quite long when we got there.

We soon realized that the line was not really moving at all. That's because there was only one person assissting everyone. There's 6 computers, but only ONE person, on a friday night?!

The worst part is that some time during our wait purchase a movie ticket, 3 other staff members came to stand behind the counter. They did not help anyone, they were just standing around talking, like it's a social meeting.

Worst part is there were no people at the popcorn/drink counters. The only line was at ticket counter, but there was just one person there. We spent over 30mins getting a ticket.

It's rediculous. All the other people in the line were complaining loudly.

Ster Kinekor should be ashamed. We pay a lot for movie tickets and the service is absolutely appaling.
