I have had so many issues with Groupon I have surprised myself in trusting them again. No issues with vouchers yet - but i should have known. Purchased and paid for a Groupon Voucher on the 29th August. Called on the 2nd Septmeber as no voucher forthcoming. Spoke to Chantal who said I must wait for about 5 days. Waited a week, still no voucher, called back spoke to Megan - please listen to this recording as she was blatantly rude and disinterested in assisting. Said system was down and she would e-mail me. Still waiting for her e-mail. Phoned back last week and got Cara who seemed helpful but now does not even respond to my e-mails. Requested proof of payment twice - said she would assist with replacement voucher. Nothing forthcoming. Resubmitted proof of payment and requested refund of R2599.99!! Still not even an acknowledgement of my e-mails. Requested escalation to manager - still no reponse. Shoddy customer service. I sit out of pocket, no gift for hubby and Groupon benefits all the way? Ploy to sit on customers money as investments and earn interest? Think so, not the first time! Very unhappy.
