I purchased a voucher (to the value of R630-00 on 15 Jan 2013, EFT payment on 17 Jan. Proof of payment sent to Groupon on 17 Jan. On 22 Jan I've not received my voucher yet. I wrote a mail to the support desk to enquire about the voucher. I received a mail on the same day reading "Your SOS (#662171) has been received... All your enquiries will be seen to as soon as possible." By 28 Jan 2013 I have not heard a word from them. I called and spoke to Mr Clyde Lewis. I requested a mail to confirm my call which rang:

I called today and spoke to Lunga. Nothing changed.yet. No word from Groupon about the refund. How long must I wait to hear a word from Groupon to receive my refund? I think it is a sad state of affairs and will make me think twice before I use Groupon again. Refer friends? Never again.
