Never using them again

So I ordered and paid for an infinity bracelet on the 2nd of September for myself and my partner's anniversary on the 20th, and dropped a mail a couple of days ago to find out if it will be arriving by Friday.

The reply I received was that the fine print said delivery will take from 14-30 working days - and this Friday will be the 15th working day. No attempt was made to contact the courier or the company or anyone who could get the bracelet here in time, which just shows that zero cares are given. They're quick to take your money but after that you can get lost.

Their deals aren't even that great -- most of the items are available on Bidorbuy for far less, and this bracelet offer seems to be one of those where the company orders a batch from eBay and waits for delivery of the items to a location in SA and then just forwards them to the poor suckers locally. Any can buy something on eBay!

I've unsubscribed from their newsletter and will be avoiding them like the plague, and you should too.
