Had to instruct my bank to reverse charges

On the 15 April I asked for a refund for my two broken baby car seats. I explained that it was urgent as I needed to buy another two seats. After numerous emails and promises groupon did nothing of help for 4 weeks. I had to instruct my bank to reverse charges. This is the 2nd time groupon has not refunded my money and the 2nd time I had to instruct my bank to reverse charges.
According to the other complaints on Hello Peter this seems to be your normal way of doing business.
Groupon you are a joke and minus another two customers (my wife and I).
