I purchase a 12 piece set op pots on the 10/08/2013. the payment was confirmed that I would receive my goods within 10 working days. 12 days later I called the call centre in cape town to find out as why the delivery was delayed, no one could give the straight answer and they promised that I would receive the delivery before the end of the week. the delivery only came on the 03/09/2013. disappointing to find the pots defective. they were glued together and immediately called the call centre again to report the defect delivery. I was told to send a picture and I did exactly that till now the issues has not been resolved I called yesterday and they promised to email me the return request form as usual they did not. i''m sick and tired of them I just want my money back and they should just come and collect their and bring back my money.
