On the4 th may 2013 I placed an online order that was scheduled for delivery on the 7 th may. On the 7th they delivered a parcel but when I got home from work and checked it it was someone else's order with my invoice and none of my goods were delivered. I called the call centre that evening and was promised that the store manager from east gate would contact me by 10 am the following day. Not hearing from them by the 9th I again called the call centre who put me through to the branch manager who promised again that I will receive my goods by the following day
NB I forgot to mention that after my first call they came on the 8th to collect the wrong goods
By the 11th I had still not received my goods and recalled the call centre
A lady called Desiree said she will find out and call me back
She did call again and promised that I will receive my goods by the next day
A week later and I have not yet received what I was charged for on the 4th
Someone is a
And if woolworths even bothers to call me I will be grateful
Lead South Africa how can we when these strong companies in South Africa rob consumers
