No refund as promissed - now no replies to mails

2 vouchers purchased for refund for Dulce Cafe Blouberg: Any breakfast or lunch; the restaurant concerned has changed management and they are no longer honoring the vouchers.

Despite Groupon agreeing that I should receive a refund for two unusable vouchers, no refund has been received. I have written 4 times and received no further communication apart from the original agreement that they will refund my money.

Groupon are now simply ignoring my e mails. So much for their policy of 100% refund for unusable vouchers.
I do not understand how this company continues to trade - their customer service is truly amongst the worst I have ever come across. I will never use Groupon again and encourage you not to waste your money with them either.
