Ordered something 8 weeks ago and still waiting!!!

I ordered a mattress with the duvet and pillows on groupon on the 9th July 2013 and waited for over 6 weeks for them to deliver, they delivered my mattress but no duvet. I have since had no response or reply from anyone!!! I moved into a new house and expecting a baby soon... This is disgusting and groupon doesnt check up on their clients to see if the delivery was satisfactory...
