I purchased a Groupon combo voucher which included a mattress, duvet and pillows. I wasn't happy with the mattress/pillows and requested a refund. This was done within their 7 day return policy rule. I received a call from the Sales Manager (Dieter) wanting to know the reason for the return which I duly explained. He offered me a free overlay which apparently will resolve the "hardness" issue. He said that I should first try this option before returning the mattress. I agreed to this option stating that if I was still not happy then I would return these items for a refund.(he agreed to this) I then asked him about the pillows, to which he responded-There is nothing he can do with the pillows because this came free with the mattress. This is absolute nonsense. I purchased a combo which included all three items. The overlay was not delivered on the date promised. Numerous Calls/E-mails have not been returned even after making it very clear that i was not happy with their service. To top it of, the sales manager suggested I consider selling the pillows to family or friends if I were not happy with them - seriously!! The overall service from this company is shocking to say the least.
