On the 2 September 2013 i transfered money into the wrong beneficiary (Groupon SA) by mistake. The amount which i deposited is R900.00. I Immediately called their customer service requesting that the money be reversed. I was told via email by Ganeefa Leeman that i should provide proof of the payment i made together with my account number and the amount will be reversed and i will get a confirmation upon receival of my email. I did that..and called them again later the same day. I was told that the quiery doesnt show on my account. I emailed again and attached the proof of payment again. When i called again i was told that the matter been escalated to their finance department. Yet i havent received confirmation as promised on the 2 September 2013. I know that they do give refunds in such matters because its stipulated on their website. Now need to understand the reason why this matter takes so long to be solved and why am i not getting any feedback regarding the matter as i need to know what happend to money or what is going to happen to it.
