NO FEEDBACK AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS

I ordered one of the promotion items and Groupon was very fast at responding that the transaction was successful. I was unable to download the required program to redeem the voucher and want to cancel the order and get a refund on my monies. I have emailed on the 14th August as well as followed up on the 21st August to the [Email Removed] email address but to date I have had NO response. This is absolutely pathetic and I will no longer make use of Groupon - I will rather stick to [URL Removed] or other oppositions.
