Dissapointed in Groupon yet AGAIN!! PLEASE REFUND

This is the second time that I am completely disgusted with the service from Groupon. On the 13 and 14th of March I purchased a Groupon Voucher for ecoin valued at R4500 and R5000 respectively. Since I got the voucher I have been trying to claim them from ecoin with no luck. There is no contact number for them and when I email them it either bounches back saying that the email does not exist [Email Removed] or I just get no response [Email Removed] . These vouchers expire the 11th April and I am not willing to lose this money because you do business with shady companies. I feel that have have been and therefore I am requesting an immediate refund.
