I paid for a groupon voucher on the 2nd of August 2013 for a paintball event. I made the payment into the correct account but there was no record of this on the company website. When I queried this I was told that if the voucher does not reflect within 5 days I would be refunded the money in full.

It has now been 3 weeks since that promise and I have received nothing. I continue to email the support team and have supplied all my details but receive little to no response. I have also called the call centre, who keeps reassuring me that they are tending to my claim and they will forward it again to the refunds department but I seriously doubt that this is true because I received no response when I asked to be copied in the email.

I am beyond frustration because it feels as though the company is purposely ignoring my request. what will it take to see some action taken w.r.t the refund?

Truly sick and appalling service.
