I ordered Argan Oil on the 23.07.13 and immediately paid the moneys over, i was promised 2 weeks, now after several emails that went unanswered, i am now told that it is on route and i might receive it next week.
The women is extremely rude over the phone and kept on asking me who i am talking to in the background and if this is my account or someone else! Who cares who"s account it is? An order was placed and no goods were received! this is unacceptable.
