Redeeming recent groupon voucher at your store &

I purchased online a groupon voucher for a Sausage Saloon special at the Campus Square branch.
All i wanted to do was to redeem my voucher and collect my food!

Instead i was told my voucher code is not in their HAND WRITTEN list and that I must wait until tomorrow when they will ask groupon about my voucher code. I asked the manager why cant groupon be contacted immediately as I have nothing to do with the admin between the shop and Groupon and i was told "You're not the only customer who's voucher code was missing and we had to turn back the others" I failed to understand anything that the manager said. It does not concern me whether I am the 1st or 100th customer in store. I have pre-paid for my food and i expect to arrive there and receive iot with no hassles so that I may continue with my day. Buying a sausage has never took so much time, effort, arguing and exchanging temperaments it did in store on Monday afternoon. I am not impressed. The manager is full of disgusting attitude & has no idea what customer service is. She refused to serve me for 30 minutes until she finaly gave in with not even letting me know if she has solved her problem or not. Pls discipline staff.
