Reimbursement for The Braai Shack

I called the Shack to make a booking for lunch, as per my voucher attached. I was given March 26 2013 for lunch. I got there and the place was closed down. I feel that they should have at least had the audicity to inform me as they took my number - i looked like a fool to my friend, who was celebrating her birthday. I have sent Groupon numerous messages as i want a refund from Groupon for this deal that never happened. I paid R275-00, and i need it now. Voucher:
