No Delivery - No Service

I ordered two pairs of boots on 14 June 2013. Delivery time was given as 14-30 days. After 5 weeks - no delivery.
My queries dated 18 and 22 July remained unanswered. I tried to phone the customer service number but am being told that my call cannot be answered.

I never had such bad service ever. This is absolutely disgusting. I expect an apology or my money back.
