No delivery of goods after payment

I paid for a groupon voucher on the 30 July 2013 and it still has not come through. I have had to chase up after Groupon for this... spoken to customer "services" a number of times. This has still not been resolved correctly. I had been offered a refund, however I declined as I just wouldn't have bought the voucher if I didn't want it! After following the steps on the website and asking whether it was done correctly from my side, I still couldn't get a proper answer from the customer support.
Ironically, to top it off, they sent me an email enquiring as to the level of customer service "How would you rate the support you received? " - when clicking the "Bad, I'm unsatisfied" link... it takes me to a page that says "No such token: "njyhrmiqicjv###".
This has been a very bad experience as a whole. Disappointing because I would love to take advantage of some of their deals, but I find it hard when a company that you are trying so hard to give business to, just doesn't seem to care.
