I have been waiting since January for my order. Last week Monday I was told to wait another 5 days (should have arrived 23 Feb 13). Today I was told that they would see if there was still stock. So I requested a refund, gave Groupon my bank details as I'm not prepared to put up with this anymore. I received an e-mail from Kelly-Ann Paulus today stating that SHOULD my refund be processed I will receive a confirmation e-mail. (TIcket #716712). I am sorry, but not IF my refund is processed. It must be done today please, I'm not waiting another day, week, month!
