I AM SHOCKED AT THE SERVICE OF GROUPON.. I PURCHASED A VOUCHER ON 20/3/2013 FOR COC BONGO. AFTER A COUPLE OF WEEKS I MENTIONED TO THEM IN WRITING THAT NO VOUCHER BEEN RECEIVED. WAS TOLD THEY HAVE NOTHING ON RECORD AND CAN I PLEASE EMAIL PROOF OF PAYMENT AS SEEMS REF # WAS INCORRECT. I HAVE EMAILED THROUGH TO THEM "FOUR" TIMES NOW!!! I HAVE EMAILED AND SPOKEN TO SO MANY PEOPLE NOW EVEN AS FAR AS THE MANAGER KELLPY PAULUS. I HAVE BEEN PROMISED A REFUND - WELL SURPRISE SURPRISE NOTHING STILL!! THEY ALSO OWE ME A CREDIT OF R50.00 VOUCHER. I AM APALLED AT THE UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE I AM "NOT" RECEIVING!!! THIS IS ACTUALLY!!! IT MAY NOT BE A LARGE SUM OF MONEY - BUT THAT IS SIMPLY NOT THE POINT!!! PLEASE MAKE THE REFUND TODAY OR I WILL TAKE THIS MATTER FURTHER. ALL THE STRESS YOU ARE PUTTING ME THROUGH IS SHCKING ESPECIALLY AFTER ALL THE MONEY I HAVE PREVIOSULY SPEND WITH YOUR COMPANY. PLEASE WOULD SOMEONE GET BACK TO ME AND MAKE THE REFUND IMMEDIATELY
