Spa a rip off

I booked an hour pedicure which included painted nails which was suppose to cost R350, but when i was done, the pedicure only lasted 45min, feet were still rough, and i was charged an extra R100 for a french manicure. I also paid R200 for a manicure, but again wasnt given the full service and was charged an extra R100 for the french manicure, even though it already included painting of nails. When i complained, i was told that they charge extra because it takes longer to do a french manicure, but i was never given my full hour on my feet, and they even admitted they they skipped treatments, and offered a free manicure the next time i visit. Even though i explained from the beginning i was there with a conference and doubt i would ever visit the resort again. No response. Even more disgusted on how people are treated.
