A friend and I had booked a session (manicure and pedicure) with the clinic. Upon arrival we were turned away by the therapist, she treated us like trespassers and did not even allow us to enter the premises. She claims she had double booked herself and the client that had booked after us was of more priority, bear in mind that our session had been paid for prior the appointment.
