Wicount, No Product, No Response... NEVER AGAIN!

I Purchased a product on Wicount almost four weeks ago. about three weeks ago I enquired about the products with a man by the name of Tewis Jacobs of Wicount, his exact words were "They will sent you a tracking num. As soon as they sent the product." I realise there are spelling errors but his meaning is quite clear regardless. I have enquired multiple times as to the status of my parcel and have received absolutely no response whatsoever. I received "read receipts" from the mails I sent, but still no response. below is a mail I sent yesterday to Wicount / (Tewis Jacobs):

I am starting to think that you have no idea who the supplier of this product is?
Is this true? If not where is your response? Why are you not providing the service and information which I am entitled to?
I would be more than happy to make mention of Wicount and Tewis Jacobs on Hellopeter, I can clearly see that there is no shortage of complaints there!
