No response to refund!!!

Hi

We purchased 7 pairs of Sissy boy pumps. 6 pairs were delivered on 2 July.

The pumps are all definitely fake. Please advise the process in order for us to get a full refund.

We have sent an email to Dube who handled the query and customer services. We received no response to date.

I can't understand how wicount could engage with this supplier who is not reputable
