After a complaint that was lodged on 13 May 2013, Groupon responded that a supervisor will call me before the close of business that day, I'm STILL waiting for that call!! The next morning I started receiving promotional e-mails again and I asked the service provider to try and process my vouchers again as it seems that my account was sorted out, in the meantime my vouchers were processed and I received the goods, which I'm thankful for. I tried to log into my account this morning and asked for my password to be resend via mail. I received a mail with the word in front of my name - indicating that I'm a!?!? I tried to reset my password through the link that was send, but my account still seems to be locked. Can this PLEASE be sorted out!!!??? I'm also still waiting for the re-imbursement of the vouchers that I never received and that have expired.
