Never buying from Wicount again

Ill never buy from wicount again, i cant beleive that the first tim i buy they send me old and broken stuff! So discusted now i have to wait another 4 weeks for my parcel? Received my Tooth Whitning product the gel is hard and the lids are broken so is the plastic that you put on your gums... surely there must be a law on selling old and non higinic products.
Well Wicount lost a client!!!
