Second Wicount complaint- NO DELIVERY

I posted a complaint a couple of weeks ago regarding non-delivery of items.

I have called, I have emailed, I have complained. Every time this has happened I have been reassured that my goods will be delivered, yet no delivery occurs and no tracking number is sent to me. Your words are therefore meaningless

I am getting highly impatient as I ordered two separate items at the END of MAY!

This is absolutely ridiculous. Deliver my items to me, or give me a refund. You cannot take my money for free, that is otherwise known as.

Parcel 2: Wicount #8325141-1

Needless to say, once this has been resolved I will not be purchasing anything from your site again.
