I have been waiting for Wicount to deliver a product I paid for in March already. A tracking number was sent to me, but according to the SAPO is does not exist and I was told to wait a few days because the SAPO is still scanning the parcels and they should start reflecting soon. I called Wicount numerous times asking them for feedback, they always say they will get back to me which they never do. Its been over two months and I am still waiting for my parcel which was supposed to take only 14-31 days to get to me. This is unacceptable!
