SPA DISGRACE!!

My friend and I booked for our birthdays at the lifestyle day spa for a full day package (including all treatments, cocktails on arrival, a strawberry fondue, light lunch and also use of the Jacuzzi, steamroom and sauna).we were so excited... upon arrival in benoni we were informed that the spa had moved and no one knew where to!! eventually we got hold of them and they had moved to boksburg (apparently they informed all other clients but couldn't find our email address).when we got there we saw an outdoor pool (and none of the promised facilities!)we were told to sit and wait and given guava juice on a dishcloth!! we were told there was a piece of cake for lunch!!! we asked to see a treatment room and the plinths were cracked and it looked very dirty so we left (vouchers in hand!) I am in the beauty industry and have my own salon, that place was really disgusting and unsanitary.we paid R720 for the day.sheryl (from groupon) emailed us to say we cant be refunded as we redeemed the vouchers!! what nonsense!!! we are going straight to carte blanche!
