Unable to redeem coupon purchased

I purchased a coupon for a massage with Hilton Spa Hotel. On a daily basis for the past 2 weeks I have tried to make an appointment but the phone number is consistently busy. I have left a request on the website for the Spa to contact me and they have not a responded. I requested the voucher to be cancelled as I am unable to use it as the service provider is unavailable. I requested a cash refund but was given a credit on my account as more than 7 days had passed since I purchased the voucher. The reason that more than 7 days had passed was because I was trying to get an appoint. I would suggest that if you purchase a voucher with groupon make plans to redeem it within 7 days because if you can't redeem it after the period has passed you wont be able to get your money back.
