I purchased a voucher on the site for a service and made sure to read the fine print and booking details. Once I tried to book and redeem my voucher I was told that Groupon didn't print the necessary constraints and limitations being that the voucher could only be redeemed on certain days. I am now unable to use the voucher and have requested a refund. Not only have i been receiving bad service but i keep getting conflicting correspondence, one says my refund has been processed, the other says there is no solution to my problem. I am shocked at the poor service and i want my refund. i do not have money to throw away on services i am unable to use.
