Struggling to get money back since February 2013

At the end of February 2013 I bought a Groupon voucher for Paradise restaurant in Port Elizabeth. I paid promptly, but received no voucher from Groupon. After enquiring mid-March about this, Groupon Customer Service (Chantel Davids) told me that the deal fell through as there were not enough interest by the public. I contacted the restaurant at that time and the owner of the restaurant told me that this was not true.
With the assistance of an ex-Groupon employee, Andrea Britt, I was able to receive my voucher during April. Unfortunately for me, it was too late as the restaurant closed down. Therefore, I was unable to use the manual voucher. I contacted Andrea Britt on 29 May and she promised me that Customer Service would get back to me, but they didn't. Thereafter, I have been in contact with Blythe Flanagan. According to her, Customer Service has refunded me. I have checked my bank account and found no refund. Logically, it's also impossible to refund a client without requesting his/her bank details.

This is a total disaster! Wouldn't this by now constitute?
