Very bad service

We bought an OKI MB 460 Printer with a 3 Year on site warranty. With other words the printer is suppose to be repaired at our offices. This specific machine was taken away with another older OKI Printer for repairs by an OKI printer repair person by the name of Werner Cell 0825084710. It took him 3 weeks to do repairs. The one machine, the older one, was returned only after I phoned. The new printer still hasn't been returned. He only makes promises that he don't keep. I also send a mail on the OKI website to report the bad service which did not help at all. It is the baldest service I ever received. I will never in my life by another OKI printer. The warranty is a joke, as is the after sale service.
