BAD SERVICE

I bought a lap top that was on promotion on the 18/10/13 the person tells me that i will be deliver the latest in two weeks, on the 15/11/13 late it was deliver but the printer it was not with the Lap top & NO letter that says its out of stock. I call them to find out Natasha said she dont kno why it was not dispatched, then i asked to speak to the mananger she said she is not on duty and i said ok i will take this matter to Hello Petter since there is no one to help me, she then said i must hold on to speak to Bogma she is the Manager... i spoke to her she promise to dispatch my printer the same day & she didnt.after two days i call again luckly i speak to Natasha again She said the printer was out of stock it will be dispatched again... i can not believe how can they keep on promising if they know they dont have stock? how long must i wait for the printer caose i have already waited a month to get the Laptop? this is BAD FIN CHOICE I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM YOU AND THIS WAS A GIFT TO SOMEONE!!! I WANT A CREDIT I WILL GO & BUY IT AT DEON OR GAME IS MUCH BETTER!!!
