Vuvu Plaza: Advert better than Product Received

I purchased the "Original" Scrabble game from Vuvu Plaza and was appalled by what I had received. It was a flimsy board, folded into 4 squares and squashed into a small box. The board doesn't even unfold flat enough to play on. I have seen the Original Scrabble board and it doesnt look and feel anything like what I received. This appears to be a cheap, compact, replica of the original.
The Consumer Protection Act offers the following: Consumer Right No. 5: Right to Fair and Responsible Marketing. Consumer Right No. 7: Right to Fair, Just and Reasonable Terms and Conditions Consumer Right No. 8: Right to Fair Value, Good Quality and Safety.
I feel that many of these rights where not upheld. Advertising something as "Original" creates and expectation to receive exactly that. Your advertisements need to be more descriptive.
I did complain via your website and was told to return the product for a refund but given the price I paid it will not be feasible to post it back to you. My colleague who also purchased this deal is just as disappointed. I will be more careful before I make an further purchases from Vuvu Plaza in future. I guess"If it seems too good to be true, it probably is."
