Ster-Kinekor
Voucher bought for nothing

I bought x3 groupon vouchers for movie tickets at ster kinekor and was planning to take the kids to the movies. My 7month old daughter unfortunately fell ill and was hospitalized and again fell ill and had to stay indoors and i could not take the kids. I was under the impression that the voucher expired in July and checked and discovered it expired end June i then contacted groupon to ask if there is an extension i can make use of (as there normally is with some suppliers) and then they said with this supplier there is not. I then requested a refund as i feel if i did not use this and its not like i want my money but now i cant use it and i was advised that i cannot extend nor refund! i feel completely robbed of my money as i payed for nothing and Ster kinekor now gets my money and i don't get what i payed for!!!
