Refund wanted for countertops done by LH Renovato

I had seen an advertisement on Groupon for concrete countertops Pay R1875 for five metres of lineal concrete counter tops from LH Renovators. I contacted the number on the advertisement to get more information about concrete countertops since it was the first time i had heard of using concrete in the form of a countertop. When i spoke to Eli Hadar of LH Renovators he advised that I should deal with him directly as opposed to going via the Groupon process so did not buy a Groupon voucher and instead did a direct deposit into his account. The down payment of R1875 was made on 2/7/12 and Eli started work not long after and was completed by the 12/7/12 which was when I made the final payment of R1875. When I spoke to Eli on the 12/07/12 he advised me that I should keep the countertop moist for 2 weeks for it to set properly and he will be back to do a final polish. I had followed Eli's instructions and during these two weeks cracks and chips started to form on the countertop which I informed Eli about so when he came to my home to finish off he attempted to repair the cracks and chips however my countertop it still looks nothing like the pictures he has used to advertise his product.
