Faulty Blender bought through Groupon Deal

Re: Blender (ticket #32278) - I contacted Groupon via email 1 week after I bought 2 blenders on a deal through them. 1 works perfectly and the other one broke after the 3rd or 4th time I used it. I had no response (apart from the automated "we received your email". After a further week, I called, an agent promised she would get back to me (yes, I did not take her name). No response, I then called again and this time I got a name, Cara. She promised to get back to me... nothing. Then I sent her email as I had her name, she came back saying she would follow up for me... then I get a mail on Sunday saying she is closing the call as I have not contact her so she assumes it is solved. I send email informing her nothing has happened... so she said on Monday she would follow up... Yes, I am still waiting... Maybe someone will read this and get back to me. Goodbye Groupon!!! This was not the first time I have had problems with you, but it is the last sale you got from me!!!
