I bought a deal on groupon for a samsung Tab 2 32G. Last week a 16G Tab was delivered. I called immediately and was told that I will get the 32G before the 14-06-2013. Today I was told : (With regard to your purchase - we have had feedback from our supplier advising us that they can only provide us with 16G units. Because of this, we have one of two options for you. We could have you keep the 16G unit and provide you with an additional R150 Groupon credits or if you so wish, we can have the 16G collected from you and refund you for the full amount. )

I dont think an additional 16G is worth R150 in groupon credits. I also still want what i paid for as i was told that i would get it.

Today I was also told:

We once again apologise for the inconvenience, but sometimes things do happen that are beyond our control. In saying so, we have come up with two solutions to the problem. If you are unhappy with keeping the 16G - please let me know so that I can arrange for the collection to be done and for your cash to be transferred back to you.
