Refund requested at Groupon more than month ago

I purchased a group-on special in April when the supplier canceled all appointments. I requested a refund on the 23 of April form group-on where they confirmed it would take up to 7 days. More than a month later with daily and weekly phone calls and emails I still have not received my money back. This is the worst service I have ever received form waiting up to 15 min for calls to be answered and no response to emails. I will never buy anything form group-on again and will advise my friends about my issues as well.
