I booked an accommodation deal through Groupon at the end of April. They took the payment twice and sent me no voucher saying the transaction was unsucessful - funny it was sucessful enough to take my money! I have emailed them & phoned them over & over in the past month, but still I've only had one refund. What more do I have to do to get my money back from these people!!!
