I bought Groupon vouchers as part of my wedding preparation - which is in 3 weeks time. After trying now for several weeks to get hold of Sara Spa - I did a google search just to get a hit on HelloPeter and discover that they do not exist anymore. No notice from Groupon, no refund!!!

I then phoned the second supplier and the rudest women (Chrysalis Beauty) answered - the second she found out I had a Groupon voucher she started to 'rant and rave' about her not making any money out of Groupon, she can not work for free and she will not accept any more vouchers. She instructed me to phone Groupon and get my money from them because she will not be servicing any vouchers.

2 x Groupon vouchers busted in 15 min!!! You will have to do something to protect your customers - ensure the suppliers know that they will not be making any money before we purchase it and refund me immediately should one shut down.

3 weeks to wedding and no full day massage and no eyelash extensions!

I'm to scared to phone the rest!
