Groupon are absolutely useless and unhelpful

An order was placed and paid for in December 2012 for a e-reader through Groupon SA. To date we have still not received the unit. We have tried on many occasions via email to get an answer to our query and each time we get a very generic response saying that they have not received the stock from the supplier not even an apology. Next was that they have pink in stock when requesting they send us the pink unit we are told now they dont have pink in stock. It takes weeks / months to receive any feedback from these people. Not even a phone call!

We have tried to phone but have had no satisfactory response!

If they offer a service and deals at a special price surely they should have stock available! Now I presume the special is over and they would have to pay the supplier full price as it is months down the line and they are now giving us the run around!

I will NEVER purchase from these people again!
