Flight booked from lanseria to durban at 11, 20 this morning. on arrival at 10.00, (on time) informed the flight is cancelled due to bad weather in cape town, and put on next flight at 2.30. we received NO sms warning us of this, and my girlfriend will now miss a funeral, and a very important business meeting.
totally unacceptable service, i understand issues due to bad weather, but at least inform us, that's why you ask for the cell number in the first place!
oh, also, the check in attendant couldnt find the passenger name on the list. waited 10 minutes for her phoning various people to confirm.
pathetic service.
