Incorrect air miles charged for 2 booked flights

I made two bookings 1 on March 30 & the other on March 31 to use my air miles which were expiring March 31. My bookings were confirmed and I was informed that I had 2 days to pay for the taxes etc which I did. I confirmed with the booking agent that these would be using my expiring air miles plus extra to cover both forward bookings, one in May and the other in October!

When I checked my air mile balance on April 3 I found that they'd expired my miles (21090) and charged me 38000 for the flights. I called in immediately, spoke to Leandra who assured me that there had been a computer error & the account would be rectified. Well, it hasn't be corrected, I called again and again over several days spoke to Bridget, then Andrew and Diana also Alan, a few more. I was told Regan or Absolum would call me, they didn't. Eventually I spoke to Saajidah (a Supervisor) who assured me she would call me back on Monday!! She hasn't called, today is Thursday, NO one has called, I've called 8? times. This company is a shambles, they couldn't care less about their customers and certainly noone does as they say they will and NOONE sorts out anything not even the Managers. I'm very unhappy.
