Cant get a straight answer from Managers

I placed an order at about 7pm. At 7:50 I called to find out where the pizza was and was told by Miles the manager that as we fall out of the immediate delivery area we must wait as the39min does not apply to us. My hubby spoke to Miles and explained that we were not told any of this just that it will be a delivery fee. Miles said sorry and that was more or less that. We were assured the pizza will be there shortly and it will not be cold.
The delivery guy arrived at 8:15 and handed the pizza and when asked what time they closed he said in 15 mins. He then drove off. When we opened the pizza all 4 pizzas were cold I had to heat them up in the microwave. I called and spoke to an indian lady who said miles has left and that she will leave a message for him or Cindy to call me the next morning. Neither of them called and Sunday lunch time I called ans spoke to Cindy who advised that she will have to investigate. I spoke to her now again as I have not heard anything and she said Miles told her that he does not know why the pizza was cold and thats that. I have to speak to head office about it.

So I get the idea they do not really care about the kind of service they deliver.
