I have made a booking this morning with Mango Airlines for a flight to Cape Town for the 12Th of NOVEMBER ONLY. 3 hours later when I arrived at the office I was told by my company that I cannot take leave, as an urgent project came up, and I will have to work that specific time. My leave was cancelled indefinite. I IMMEDIATELY called Mango and I request a cancellation of this booking. The customer care lady and supervisor (sorry, I didn't take their names) confirmed both that Mango has a NON REFUND POLICY??? I explained to the ladies that the booking was made 3 hours prior and that the flight was only due 43 days to come. Still no joy!!

I am truly and utterly disgusted by the service I received from my favorite airline who I am always flying with, just not into KULULA. I would really appreciate it if someone from MANGO Management can call me and please explain to me why I cant have a refund? Things like this happen.
