Unsafe buses

I booked a ticket for a friend from Pta Station to Durban. My friend had to get off the bus in Heidelburg due to the fact that the bus was not safe. There is basically no thread on the tires, the driver was racing like a maniac and to top it all off... the driver saw Metro Police in front and made a U Turn to take another route to skip them. Phoning customer care is useless, either they don't pick up or they transfer you from one person to the next where you have to hold on for 45min. We took photos of the tires on the bus for record. I would really appreciate someone to contact me back because this is unacceptable and I would like a refund!!! This is not a type of service you can deliver when there's peoples lives at stake.
